Service Description

Mandatory if you've had previous work elsewhere to determine pricing and possibilities. Please prepare questions beforehand and read pre-procedure information before requesting appointment as some questions may already be answered there.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling within more than 48 hours will allow a 1 time transfer of the deposit to a new appointment completed within 7 days of initial appointment; less than 48 results in deposit forfeiture. Vouchers will be forfeited for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance. There is a 8 minute grace period before $10 late fee is to service added. If I surpass the 8, I will credit you $10 to your appointment. After 15 minutes, appointments are cancelled and marked as a no-show. No-shows will have to prepay for all future appointments plus the cost of the missed appointment. Course deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you are running late for class, you must notify me beforehand; Otherwise, class may be cancelled. No additional time will be added if you are late.
